1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 lemon or grapefruit
1/2 cup of water
First, add baking soda to a cup of water and add lemon or grapefruit juice. Then you need to mix well until all the components are well dissolved. For best results, drink this drink on an empty stomach 20 minutes before breakfast.
Mix sodium bicarbonate with apple cider vinegar (ACV).
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar.
