WASHINGTON — Coffee drinkers, rejoice! Two or three glasses a day can add years to your life by keeping your heart healthy. Researchers have found that the world’s most popular drink can help people live longer by reducing the risk of heart disease and dangerous heart rhythms.
Studies show that this benefit applies to both healthy people and people with cardiovascular disease. In the largest analysis of its kind, scientists followed more than 400,000 people from the UK over at least a decade.
