Four other athletes from the Angara region became Masters of Sports of Russia

Irkutsk region06/9/22 (IA “Teleinform”), – The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation awarded the sports title “Master of Sports of Russia┬╗Four athletes from the Irkutsk region involved in mountain climbing, curling, swimming and freestyle wrestling.

According to the press service of the regional department, the relevant order dated 31 May 2022 was signed by the Minister of Sports of Russia Oleg Matytsin.

A woman from Irkutsk became a master of Russian mountaineering sports Irina Morozova. She took third place in the Russian mountaineering championship in the discipline “skyrunning – vertical kilometer”. Irina’s coach is Vitaly Chernov.

The title of Russian Master of Sports in Curly was awarded to a student of the regional sports school of the Olympic Reserve “Russia” Mikhail Vlasenko. Mikhail won a gold medal in the Russia Cup between the mixed teams and became a silver medal in the Russian Cup between the men’s teams. The athlete trains with Anna Trukhina.

The Angarsk citizen became a master of Russian sports in swimming Maksim Fedorov. He completed the standard in the 100-meter breaststroke at the Russian Championships. Maxim is engaged in the sports school of the Olympic reserve “Angara” with coaches Svetlana Markushina and Olga Kharchenko.

A native of the Osinsky district Alexander Baltuev became the master of Russian sports in wrestling. He won the all-Russian competition in memory of the honored Master of Sports of Russia, the medalist of the Olympic Games in Seoul Sergey Karamchakov. Alexander trains at the regional sports school of the Olympic reserve “Tamir” named Tykhrenova and the Irkutsk SC club “Arena”. His coaches are Alexander Baltuev and Ruslan Borokshonov.
