EASY HOME REMEDIES REMOVE FACIAL HAIR

Written by 59dp3

Unlike hair on other parts of the body, facial hair is quite visible and can make or break your look. If you find it boring to visit the salon every few weeks, here are some simple and effective home remedies to get rid of facial hair naturally.

  1. Sugar and lemon juice
All you need to do is mix two tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice with eight to nine tablespoons of water. Heat the mixture until bubbles start to appear, then cool.
Apply to the affected area with a spatula and leave for 20-25 minutes. Rinse with cold water and rub in circular motions.
Wondering how it works? Well, sugar is a natural exfoliant and warm sugar sticks to the hair, not the skin. Lemon juice acts as a natural (and inexpensive) skin lightener and helps to brighten skin tone. Say goodbye to painful makeup!
  2. Lemon and honey
This is another way to replace wax. Start by mixing two tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice, and one tablespoon of honey. Heat the mixture for about three minutes, adding water if necessary to thin the mixture.
After cooling the paste, apply cornstarch on the affected area and apply it in the direction of hair growth. Then, use a wax strip or a cotton cloth to pull the hair against the direction of growth.
Honey helps to moisturize the skin, so this method is recommended if you have dry skin.
  3. Oats and bananas
This method is quite convenient. Mix two tablespoons of oatmeal with a ripe banana and apply this paste on the affected area. Massage for 15 minutes and wash with cold water.
Oatmeal is an excellent moisturizing exfoliant and is rich in antioxidants, which can help reduce redness. This paste will remove your facial hair and also give you glowing skin.
  4. Potatoes and lentils
Mix one tablespoon each of honey and lemon juice with five tablespoons of potato juice. Meanwhile, grind lentils (soaked overnight) to a smooth paste. Add all the ingredients and apply the mixture on the affected area for 20 minutes. Wash off after complete drying.
This paste forms a thin crust that helps remove hair. Plus, potatoes help lighten hair, making it less visible.
  5. Egg white and corn starch
Mix one tablespoon each of cornstarch and sugar with the egg whites. Apply this mixture on the unwanted hair and peel it off after drying. Pretty simple, right?
Egg whites are sticky and combine with sugar and cornstarch to form a thin film on the skin. Egg whites contain vitamin A, so they are not suitable for acne-prone skin.
