Pigmentation, bags, blackheads, and age spots are common problems that mar the beautiful skin Mother Nature has gifted us with. But nature gives us gentler skin remedies without considering the results and ways to clean the skin for a beautiful glow. There are many natural ways to prevent these unpleasant aesthetic problems.
Generally, these abnormalities are considered medical problems, but it is important to remember that they are very common and a normal part of life. However, aggravating these problems with harsh chemicals or treatments can lead to other health problems.
Remove skin tags
The exact cause of skin tags is not yet known, but it is thought to be more likely to be genetic. They often appear as folds, and when you are overweight, your skin rubs too hard.
A great solution can be apple cider vinegar. It can be applied using a sponge 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. Eventually, the skin tag should change color and fall off.
Tea tree oil is also considered an effective solution for them and is most effective if used in the same way for at least a month.
Human papillomavirus, or HPV, is thought to be responsible for skin warts. Some people find that it can be treated naturally, but if you think you have pneumonia, I recommend talking to your doctor. They can carry HPV to different parts of your skin and genitals, creating more cysts and can cause cervical (womb) cancer in women. They are highly contagious and can easily be passed on to other family members.
Remove age spots/dark spots
A lifetime of sun damage and liver abnormalities are major causes of age spots and dark spots. Lemon juice, Vitamin C serum (probably the most effective), aloe vera juice and even onion juice can easily overcome them.
One of the most unlikely natural solutions for dark spots is a mixture of horseradish and vinegar. It can really do the job!
These blackheads on the nose are caused by pores that are polluted or blocked by the environmental pollution that accumulates on our skin throughout the day.
A mixture of raw organic sugar and lemon juice makes a great exfoliant that will exfoliate and soften your skin. Organic cotton balls can be massaged into your face, but if you want to get out of your book, use your hands!
Another great way to clear and open pores is to steam your face. You can put a towel on your head, place it on a tub of boiling water and sit in your private sauna for 10-15 minutes. Just rinse with a little cool (not cold) water to shrink your pores.
We should always be careful and choose our skin care products and treatments wisely. Remember that our bodies are porous, and whatever we choose to put on the outside of our body finds its way inside. But Mother Nature has a lot of tricks up her sleeve, so whenever you opt for a natural remedy, your skin will surely thank you!
