A Texas man is vacationing in Mexico and wandering around the area all day, taking in the sights.
In the evening he goes to a trendy restaurant for dinner.
While sipping tequila, he notices a couple at a nearby table being served a beautifully decorated platter with two giant meatballs in the middle.
When the waiter asks him about the order, the man asks him about the meatball dish.
The waiter replied: “Oh, señor, you have excellent taste! It’s called Cojones de Toro, the bull testicles from the bullfight this morning are a real delicacy!
The Texan said, “Well, what the hell, bring me an order.”
The waiter replied: “I’m sorry, señor, it’s only one portion a day, because every morning there is only one bullfight, if you come early tomorrow and order, we will definitely keep this delicacy for you.”
The next morning, the man returned, placed his order, and that evening was served the only special treat of the day.
After a few bites, after inspecting his plate, he called the waiter and said, “They’re delicious, but they’re much, much smaller than the ones I saw you serve yesterday.”
The waiter shrugged his shoulders and replied: “Signor, sometimes the bull wins.”
