Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Then add milk or yogurt and mix everything. At the end, add fresh onions.
Cucumber Cocktail – Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Ginger
A handful of spinach
1 cucumber
1 apple
20 grams of almonds or walnuts
Preparation:
Mix together the apples, spinach, and unpeeled cucumbers. Add ginger and mix again. Pour the shake into a large bowl and top with chopped walnuts and almonds.
