- V-stretch
Extend the leg as far as possible, then rotate the upper body in the direction of the extended leg. Try to pull your chest toward your legs using your arms to pull your body down. Hold the stretch for 5-15 seconds. Stretch 8 times on each leg. - Splitting in air
- Lie down with both hands on the floor and raise your legs. Keep the legs at 90 degrees to the body.
